BAD HABITS

 


There are many things that we like to do, however, many of those habits are bad for our health, for example, falling asleep very late, spending a lot of time with the cell phone, eating at the wrong time, skipping a meal, eating a lot of fast food frequently, eating a lot of sweets, not exercising, etc.

All these habits are extremely dangerous for our health, we can get sick and have diseases that can affect us in the future, you should go to bed earlier, you should also drink a lot of water, eat a lot of fruits, and it would be good if you exercise at least three times a week and avoid spending so much time on your cell phone, you can do other different activities.
